What if this felt like a native part of iOS?

Timeline

The app's record screen. A date and time, a shape and firmness picker of seven plainly named options, a three-option feeling row, and a colour field.

Context

An independent product. It records one very simple action, bowel movements, and nothing else.

Problem

Apps in this category tend to share a visual language: brown palettes, poop imagery, jokes or cute characters, and more complexity than the task needs.

Decision

Design it as if it were part of iOS Health.

One design constraint: what would this look like if Apple had shipped it inside Health? Very simple. Native patterns. Input from Apple Watch as well as iPhone.

The history screen. A month calendar marks the days that have records, and the selected day's entry sits below it as a single row.
The stats screen. A current-streak card, a week/month/three-month selector, a record-count bar chart, and a type-distribution ring.
The same shape and firmness options on Apple Watch, as a scrollable list with the selected option checked.

Result

To add Add App Store figures (downloads, active users, retention, rating) only if they are meaningful.
