Context
A major international retailer was opening in New Zealand. It needed a delivery platform for large and bulk purchases that existing delivery services were not built to handle.
Role
Turn a given workflow into a working technical product.
The business workflow was defined by the client. My role was to make that flow work as a technical product, end to end, across every party involved.

Decision
The deadline couldn't move.
The opening date was fixed. Unfamiliar territory, routing included, had to be researched and implemented on a very short timeline.
